Day 3 (A travel day) Houghton, NY to Perrysburg, Ohio 335 miles The day started badly with rain and wind and got worse from there.  The rain got heavier and the wind gusts peaked at about 50 MPH.  To say the least, it was a very tense morning. Driving in a straight line was a significant challenge. Driving a 20' shoebox is sure not like the Audi at home! Lunch just outside of Ashtabula, OH brought a break in the weather and the afternoon was only cloudy and some brief light showers which ended before we reached our stop here at the KOA just outside of Toledo.  Sans the wind, the P/W is handling great.  The scenery was mile after mile of farmland; corn was a constant, but the other lower height plant was difficult to figure out.  We were torn between deciding if it was soybean or peas or potatoes. The further west we got the larger the farms. Tomorrow we plan to blow by the "windy city" into western Illinois.
